Offers Unable to be Redeemed in POS


When using offers in your POS system, you might come across an offer that is unable to be redeemed.


Unsuccessful redemptions will show in red at the top of the screen.



Types of unsuccessful redemptions.



This card is not ready for redemption yet - No items purchased yet.


To redeem this offer, the customer must purchase products that are required to receive the offer. 


E.g. Buy X, Get Y offer - Purchase 2 coffees, Get 1 free.




This card is not ready for redemption yet - $X spent - only $X remaining. 


To redeem this offer, the customer must spend the required amount to receive the offer.


E.g. Spend $X, Get $Y Credit - Spend $100, Get $10 Store Credit




This card is not ready for redemption yet - X items purchased - only X remaining.


To redeem this offer, the customer must purchase a set amount of products to receive the offer.


E.g. Buy X, Get Y Offer - Purchase 1000 Lunch Meals, Get 1 free.




This credit can only be applied to products which are not present in your order.


To redeem this offer, the customer must purchase products that are specific to this offer.


E.g. $5 Store Credit - products selected for the $5 Store Credit are coffee only, but the customer has ordered only food.




The customer cannot be changed as they have redeemed a reward on this order.


Once an offer has been redeemed, the transactions need to be completed through the checkout process.
