Redeeming a Buy X, Get Y Offer in POS

One4Later provides you an electronic loyalty card where customers purchase a certain amount of selected products to receive one or more selected products for free.

Example : An electronic coffee card offer - Buy 4 Coffees, Get 1 Free.  

How to redeem a Buy X, Get Y Offer in POS

1 : From your POS system add products for your order as usual

2 : Add the customer to the order by clicking on the ADD CUSTOMER button.

3 : Then search for their name in the search bar or select their name in the list of quick add icons > Click on their name to add them to the order.

NOTE : If the customer has just signed up using the QR code and this is the first time they have ordered and they don’t appear on your search - Click the One4Later search button and add them from the list that is returned.

4 : All offers available for this customer will show as a list under the customer details on the One4Later tab.

5: Each offer will display the progress or if the target has been reached the Redeem button will be displayed.

100% Remains | No items purchased yet - This is a new offer allocated to this customer

XX% Remains | $X spent, $X remaining - This is the progress made on this offer

 6: If the Redeem button is visible you can select this to apply it to your new order.

Note:  You must add your products BEFORE you apply the redemption

7 : Once the offer has been accepted, a green bar will appear at the top of the screen to indicate the redemption has been successful.

The offer will also appear under the item in the checkout. The discount will be applied here.
 Your order will then automatically adjust the total value left to pay. 

 8: If there is a balance to pay check this out as usual.  If there is $0.00 to pay then still check this out to either Cash or Manual Card to close the sale and print any applicable dockets.
