Transfer Payment


In the event of an incorrect payment to a card, you are able to transfer a payment to another card.




1 : Click on the SYSTEM button on the top bar > Select TRANSACTIONS from the drop-down box.



2 : To search your preferred date range, select the ADVANCE button and change the date range. 



3 : Once you have found the transaction you are looking for, there will be the OPTIONS button next to the closing balance.




4 : Select the options button and click transfer.



5 : Search for the card you would like to transfer to and select NEXT.



6 :  From the drop down box, select the card you would like to transfer the payment to > Select TRANSFER.




The transfer will then show at the top of the transactions list.
