Reverse Payment

In the event of an incorrect payment to a card, you are able to reverse a payment in One4Later.

1 : Click on the SYSTEM button on the top bar > Select TRANSACTIONS from the drop-down box.

2 : To search your preferred date range, select the ADVANCE button and change the date range.

3 : Once you have found the transaction you are looking for, there will be the OPTIONS button next to the closing balance.

4 : Select the options button and click reverse.

5 : Select REVERSE PAYMENT.

Note: this action will create a new deposit against the card, equal to the payment mount. It will also mark the payment as not invoicable (if relevant).
