Assigning Cards to Customers


When introducing a new offer to your system, you can assign this offer to all of your customers or you can assign a card to a specific customer.


IN THIS ARTICLE


Assign to All Customers


1 : Click on the OFFERS button on the top bar.



2 : Select the new offer from the list of offers.



3 :  In the AUTO-ASSIGN TO NEW CUSTOMERS, there is the option to CLICK HERE TO ASSIGN THEM ALL NOW.



4 : Select ASSIGN OFFER.




Assign to Specific Customer


1 : Click on the PEOPLE button on the top bar.



2 : Search for customers in the search bar.


NOTE : Your customer list will be displayed in alphabetical order. This will display the Customer Name | Email | Membership # | Last Modified | Add Card



3 : Select the ADD CARD button.



4 : Select the type of card from the drop down box > Select CREATE CARD.
