Card Code


Card Codes are unique to an offer, card and customer. Each code can be accessed and/or changed to ensure events, functions and member accounts are charged correctly.


There are three options on how to access and/or change these codes.


Access and/or change a code through an OFFER, a CARD or PEOPLE.

Access and/or Change a Code through an Offer.


1 : Click on the OFFERS button on the top bar.



2 : Search for an offer in the search bar or search through the list of offers by using the page tab.



3 : Select the offer you need which will open the details page of that offer > Select CARDS tab.





4 : All of the cards that are assigned to that offer will show in a list here. 


You will see an automated number under the card name.


Select the customer you would like to change.



 

5 : In the details of the customer’s card, there is the option to change the code > Select the CHANGE button.




6 : Only modify a code if you are sure you won’t break any existing references to a physical card > Select CONTINUE.





7 : Change your code here and click SAVE.





Access and/or Change a Code through a Card.


1 : Click on the CARDS button on the top bar.



2 : Search for a card in the search bar or search through the list of cards by using the page tab.



3 : Select the card you need, based on the customer name and offer. 


In the details of the card, there is the option to change the code > Select the CHANGE button.



6 : Only modify a code if you are sure you won’t break any existing references to a physical card > Select CONTINUE.





7 : Change your code here and click SAVE.





Access and/or Change a Code through People.



1 : Click on the PEOPLE button on the top bar.



2 : Search for a customer in the search bar or search through the list of customers by using the page tab.



3 : Select the customer you need which will open the details page of that customer> Select CARDS tab.





4 : All of the cards that are assigned to that customer will show in a list here. 


You will see an automated number under the offer name in the list of cards.


Select the card you would like to change.



 

5 : In the details of the customer’s card, there is the option to change the code > Select the CHANGE button.




6 : Only modify a code if you are sure you won’t break any existing references to a physical card > Select CONTINUE.





7 : Change your code here and click SAVE.
