Auto Check In Customers

One4Later allows you to automatically check in customers. This is useful for venue where most of your customers are charging to an account.

Manage your check in schedule to facilitate a smooth process for your tab-payments. One4Later can automatically keep your customers checked in to your POS.

1 : Click on YOUR NAME > Select ACCOUNT SETTINGS from the drop down box.

2 : Under CHECK INS, select MANAGE SCHEDULE.

3 : Include all task settings using the following;

The STATE and HISTORY of check-ins will be displayed here also.

To manually check in customers to a specific site, outside of the scheduled frequency, select PEOPLE.

Select CHECK IN.

Select a site from the drop down box > Click NEXT.

This will check in customers to the selected site, and display a check-in status.
