Customers

Maintain a strong customer relationship and promote loyalty by updating offers and having an up to date customer profile.

View, search, update and add customers to your store in one place.



1 : Click on the PEOPLE button on the top bar.



2 : To add a new customer, select the NEW button.



3 : Include the following information;


CONTACT DETAILS - First Name | Last Name | Email | Phone Number 

OTHER - Company Name | Membership #

IMAGE


Click SAVE when complete.


PLEASE NOTE : All customers must be created with an email address. If a customer does not want to share their email address, create one for their account e.g. Daisy Staples - daisy@staples.com  




4 : To search for a particular customer, use the search bar.


NOTE : Your customer list will be displayed in alphabetical order. This will display the Customer Name | Email | Membership # | Last Modified | Add Card



5 : To view and edit the full details of a customer, click on their name in the people list.


Details include the following;


CONTACT DETAILS - First Name | Last Name | Email | Phone Number 

OTHER - Company Name | Membership #

IMAGE

CONNECTED TO - Your selected POS

BILLING - e.g. to their company

SYSTEM PERMISSIONS - Account Admin | View Reports

LOGIN




6 : To view the cards assigned to a particular customer, select CARDS (next to details).



Within each customer's cards, you can BULK-CREATE INVOICES, add a NEW offer, or advance search current offers assigned to that customer.
