Redeeming a Get X Free Offer in POS
Get X Free Items can be redeemed by customers for a variety of different reasons.
Credit, Get X Free can be redeemed by a customer if there is a credit owed by your company.
Prepaid Product/s, Get X Free can be redeemed by a customer that has prepaid one or more products.
Gift to Another Customer, Get X Free can be redeemed by a customer who has been gifted a product from another customer.
How to redeem a Get X Free Offer in POS
1 : Add the products for your order to your checkout.

2 : Add your customer to the order by clicking on the ADD CUSTOMER button.

3 : To add your customer to the order, SEARCH their name in the search bar or FIND in their name in the list of quick add icons > Click on their name to add them to the order.
NOTE : If the customer doesn’t appear or it is the first time they have been added to the order since connecting to One4Later > Click the One4Later search button and add them from the list that is returned.

4 : The offers available for this customer will show as a list under the customer details.
Each offer will display the progress;
100% Remains | No items purchased yet - This is a new offer allocated to this customer XX% Remains | $X spent, $X remaining - This is the progress made on this offer Medal Symbol - Ready for redemption
You can now select which offer to redeem from the list of offers under the One4Later tab.

5 : You will then see your screen processing the redeem.

6 : Once the offer has been accepted, a green bar will appear at the top of the screen. This will indicate the redemption has been successful.
The offer will also appear under the item in the checkout. The discount will be applied here.

7 : Your order will then automatically adjust the total value left to pay.
There will be two scenarios; $0.00 left to pay or $X left to pay - both scenarios need to be checked out as this will finalize the transaction.

8 : Check out the sale by using one of the options on the sale page.
Your screen will then take you back to your sell page for your next transaction.
