The customer statements report is useful for pulling out a list of transactions linked to one or more customers and produce a statement for invoicing purposes.
- Log in to IncentMe
- Click on Reports -> Sales By -> Customer
- Sort the report by Customer or Address by dragging the column header into the top grouping box
- Next, filter your view by date range by clicking on the funnel icon and selecting a predefined or custom date range, whether to include entries with no address, site and payment type. For most reports you will just filter by date range and payment type.
- To produce customer statements, click the person icon. Then choose the type of statement you want; pdf export, .csv export or VCare.csv. The VCare.csv will product an export specifically to import in the Retirement Village Software - VCare.
Your statements process will run and to the bottom status bar. - Click on My Tasks to view the statement report and download to your local drive. The pdf report will product one page per customer or per address depending on what you have selected for your grouping at the top of the report.
