1. $0 order remote payment fix

A new process has been implemented to process On Hold orders for selected customers and charge to their accounts automatically when the order is received in Lightspeed. A fix has been implmented to address issues with $0 orders.

2. New Reports View

A new drop-down menu - "Reports" has be added to One4Later. All current reports have been separated out from the "System" menu.

3. New Reports Added

New Report 1 - Offer redemptions

Whenever an offer is redeemed, it is logged and its details can be viewed in this report.
This report tracks only offer types: CreditDollars, PercentageDiscount, BuyXGetY and FreeX.
Tabs and BuyXGetYDollars are currently excluded from this view.

New Report 2 - Unused Balances

Unredeemed value on active cards can be found in this report.

Credit Dollars, Gift Vouchers and Tabs are included in this report. This report will show original value/points, amount redeemed and remaining balance.

New Report 3 - Card Activations

Each time a point is allocated to a card (ie. a coffee bought or $5 spent etc) it is logged and can be viewed here along with a link to the order. This is applicable to BuyXGetY and Spend$XGet$Y offer types.

Offer Redemptions and Card Activations can be filtered by site.

All reports can be filtered by Offer.

Offer Redemptions and Card Activations can also be filtered by date.

4. Export on Invoices Report

We have added the ability to export the invoices report to csv. This will give you the date, invoice number, customer and status of the invoice.
