Account Settings 


Your account settings share your DETAILS | INTEGRATIONS | OTHER


IN THIS ARTICLE


To select account settings, click on YOUR NAME > Select ACCOUNT SETTINGS from the drop down box.


DETAILS


Your Account Details include the following;


NAME - Your Account Name


CONTACT NAME - Your Name

CONTACT PHONE - Your Contact Phone Number


CONTACT EMAIL - Important : this email is used to send contact information from the One4Later site. To reduce the likelihood of your messages being marked as SPAM, make sure you have configured the appropriate SPF and DKIM settings for the address.


TRANSACTIONS REPORT - Payments | Invoiceable - when a customer views a transaction report, what would you like the view to default to?


STREET ADDRESS - A physical address is presented on your outgoing emails to reduce the likelihood of going to SPAM


BRANDING - COLOUR | HEADER LOGO | BRANDING LOGO


INVITE YOUR CUSTOMERS - Download your QR code so customers can scan the code with their phone and sign up to your loyalty plan!


CHECK INS - Manage schedule here. To facilitate a smooth process for your tab-payments, One4Later can automatically keep your customers checked in to your POS. Find out how to set up your check in schedule here.



INTEGRATIONS


Your integrations page lists the third party services that One4Later connects with.


MY STORES


One4Later uses sales information from your stores to assign cards and points to your customers.



To add a new store, click on ADD A NEW STORE > Select what type of POS you are running from the drop down box > Click on the SELECT button.



Enter the name of your store and select CONTINUE



You will then be prompted to proceed to the Lightspeed POS authorization page. 



Once connected, you will be able to view the connection status of your store by clicking on your store's name under MY STORES.


This will show you the following information; CONNECTION STATUS | INVOICING | CUSTOMERS | SITES | OFFERS.



CUSTOMER SYNC (OPTIONAL)


If your customers are recorded in a system other than the Lightspeed POS site/s you are integrating with, you may use this section to connect and sync their information.



To sync customers from another system, click on CREATE A NEW CUSTOMER SOURCE > Select the sync source from the drop down box > Click SELECT.



Enter a name for customer sync connection > Click CONTINUE.



You will then be prompted to proceed to the Lightspeed POS authorization page. 



Once connected, you will be able to view the connection status of your store by clicking on your store's name under MY STORES.


This will show you the following information; CONNECTION STATUS | INVOICING | CUSTOMERS | SITES | OFFERS.



XERO INTEGRATION (OPTIONAL)


Some voucher and tab types support integration with Xero, allowing you to create invoices for your customers.


Xero Integration is organised by the following; Item | Account Code | Line Item Style | Due Date | Day 


ITEM - Select which type of product/item you would like to record payment as

ACCOUNT CODE - Select which account code you will use

LINE ITEM STYLE - Roll up all payments into a single line item | Create a line for each individual payment

DUE DATE - Day after invoice is created | Day of the month | Day of the month following invoice creation

DAY - Select day of month
