Congfiguring Your Account Settings

One4Later Account Settings

This guide provides an overview of your One4Later account settings, including time zone adjustments and QR code downloads. 

  1. Login to https://app.one4later.com/
  2. Click on your name at the top right.


  3. Select "Account settings".
  4. Check your contact details are correct.  To update your timezone click "Select" under the timezone section and select your zone.


  5. Click "Confirm" to accept the timezone.

  6. You can automatically generate a membership number for each customer that signs up.  This will send a QR code to each customer when they sign up that can be scanned on your Lightspeed tablet.


  7. You can customise the look of your One4Later site but changing the default colour and adding in your logo.


  8. Click "Save" to save your changes.

  9. One4Later will generate a QR code for customers to scan and sign up to your loyalty program. This QR code can be downloaded and then added to a signup poster or flyer. To download your code, from Account Settings click "click here to download your QR code".


  10. Click "Download PDF".


  11. Click "Print".


  12. It may take a few seconds to complete.  Once complete click "Click here" to download your code.

  13. If you are using the Tabs or Accounts feature (available on the Premium Plan), you can automatically check customers in so they appear on your check out screen. If you are not using Tabs or Account do not turn this option on. Turn on the setting "Use for tab payments".

  14. Click "Manage schedule".

  15. Set your repitition time, usually between 5-30 minutes.  You can also set the check in to only run during the hours you are open.   Click "Save Task" to save these settings.


  16. Turn on the "Offer types" you wish to use. Note: Tab/Gift Voucher, Percentage Discount and Amount Discount are available on the Premium Plan.



  17. Click "Save account" to save your changes
